AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifiedRICS Registered Valuer (or eligible)Strong experience in residential valuationSolid technical knowledge of construction, pathology, and risk managementA proactive and collaborative approach, with the ambition to develop into senior or leadership responsibilitiesA commitment to mentoring, sharing best practice, and contributing to the success of the wider team Your Role
