HR Manager
Location: Wrexham
Salary:£60,000 - £65,000
An organisation who are a leader in their sector with a strong brand name currently have a requirement for a high calibre HR Manager for their sites in Wrexham.
HR Manager – Responsibilities:
Supporting a large employee base of blue collar employees. Supporting with complex / high risk ER cases Build strong relationships with Business Unit Managers You will be pro-active in identifying people issues and trends which affect business performance and results and work together with your key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions. Build positive relationships with your managers to ensure they are pro-actively engaged with the company vision and strategy Change Management, restructuring, building strong relationships with stakeholders will be a key part of this role. Develop and implement succession plans, talent management, performance management Focus on Employee Engagement to ensure that employees connect with and commit to the business strategy, feel valued, are inspired to perform to the best of their ability. Implement strategies to encourage high performance culture HR Manager – Skills and Experience Required:
To be considered for this role you will ideally have a Manufacturing Background Experience of working in a complex, commercial, multi-divisional organisation To be considered for this position you must have the ability to build strong relationships and able to influence and engage at all levels You will have worked in a fast paced environment ideally supporting large numbers of employees.
