As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of a large sized payrollLead, manage & development the teamSet out clear personal objectives and work with individuals to reach these - monthly, bi yearly & yearlyManage work loads, distribute work & identify training gapsManage any individual performance concerns with regular reviews & one to onesOversee all payroll legislation deadlinesDrive payroll compliance and efficienciesPromote excellent payroll customer service
