Bell Cornwall Recruitment is recruiting for a Compliance and Risk Solicitor to join a national professional services firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional to provide compliance advice, support business projects and improve risk management processes within a supportive and forward-thinking team. The role offers flexibility to work from various Midlands offices, including Birmingham, Worcester and Banbury, with regular travel to the Ashby-de-la-Zouch head office as and when required.

Providing legal, risk and compliance advice across the business.Reviewing contracts, policies and internal procedures.Advising on GDPR, AML, conflicts of interest and regulatory requirements.Supporting projects and improving risk management processes.Identifying opportunities to introduce automation and AI The ideal candidate will have:
Qualification as a solicitor or equivalent professional qualification.A proactive approach, commercial awareness and a full driving licence.Strong knowledge of legal, risk and compliance matters.Experience in a professional services or regulated environment.Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
