Day-to-day of the role:
Teach a range of English courses, including GCSE and Functional Skills.
Assess, review, and record learner progress and outcomes.
Maintain accurate course and learner records.
Embed employment skills into the curriculum to enhance learner employability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in English or a closely related area.
Proven experience of teaching GCSE English is essential.
Teaching qualifications are required, or a willingness to work towards obtaining one with our support.
Open to recent graduates and individuals seeking a career change.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
