Complex Needs Teaching Assistant - Trafford
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND school in Trafford on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will support primary-aged pupils with complex learning needs, providing tailored one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils engage, develop their independence and achieve their potential.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting pupils with complex SEND needs
Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
Delivering personalised learning and pastoral support
Promoting positive behaviour, communication and independence
Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with SEND and a patient, resilient and nurturing approach. Experience within a specialist or complex needs setting is highly desirable.
