About this role
I can't live-check Exigere's website in this chat, so I'm basing this on the sector information already established here for them - particularly data centres, residential and industrial, with a wider technically complex MEP workload.
A specialist London cost consultancy is looking to appoint an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its building services team. The successful MEP Quantity Surveyor will work across technically demanding projects, including data centres, residential and industrial schemes.
The MEP Quantity Surveyor's Role
The MEP Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health packages from early design stages through procurement, construction and final account.
Working alongside experienced MEP specialists, the MEP Quantity Surveyor will contribute to cost planning, tender analysis, valuations and change management while gaining exposure to complex building services projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an MEP Quantity Surveyor who wants to strengthen their technical knowledge and progress towards Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor level.
