Senior Finance Systems Developer Python / SQL / C#
Birmingham | Hybrid - 2 days in the office | £75K - £90K
I'm working with a growing organisation in Birmingham who are looking for a Senior Finance Systems Developer to join their team.
This is a hands-on senior technical role combining software development, systems integration and emerging AI/ML technologies, with the opportunity to lead and mentor two developers.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading development across bespoke finance applications and integrationsWorking across the full SDLC, from design through to deploymentDeveloping and maintaining REST API / JSON integrationsActing as the first technical escalation point for the support teamLeading and mentoring two technical team membersDeveloping into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / AL environment Key technical skills:
Python - ideally FlaskSQL / T-SQLC# / .NETHTML / CSSREST APIs / JSONStrong SDLC experiencePrevious technical leadership or mentoring experience Desirable: Dynamics 365 Business Central, AL, AI/LLM, Azure, Java, SQL Server/data warehousing or Tableau.
