North London - small and successful £2m business in North London is seeking a sole-charge hands-on Finance Manager / Company Accountant.
Reporting to the MD / Owner, the Finance Manager / Company Accountant role will be responsible for all day to day and monthly accounting including:
Daily bookkeeping on Sage Line 50Processing purchase ledger invoicesBank reconciliations and cash flow managementRaising sales ledger invoices, credit control, monitoring aged debtorsSupplier statement reconciliations and payments runsMonth-end procedures and reconciliationsBalance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepaymentsProcessing monthly management accountsInter-company reconciliationsVAT and CIS returnsYear-end preparation for external accountantsAd hoc responsibilities for the MD / Owner This is a hands-on Finance Manager / Company Accountant / Financial Controller role that needs an experienced accountant looking for a long-term opportunity in North London at a friendly family-run business.
