A friendly and welcoming Primary School in Northwich is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join their team as soon as possible. This role is to cover a period of long-term sickness absence and is expected to last around 6 weeks, although there is potential for the position to continue beyond this.
Key Responsibilities: Opening and locking the school premisesCarrying out routine maintenance and minor repairsEnsuring the site is safe, secure, and well-maintainedConducting health and safety checksMonitoring contractors on site when requiredSupporting the day-to-day operational needs of the school The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience as a Site Manager, Caretaker, Facilities Assistant, or similarA practical, hands-on approach to maintenance tasksGood knowledge of health and safety proceduresThe ability to work independently and manage their own workloadAn Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one What We Offer: Immediate start availableFriendly and supportive school environmentOpportunity to make a positive impact within a local schoolPotential for the assignment to be extended Interested?
