Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator - Temporary Opportunity?
£17.29 per hour Assignment until at least the end of 2026 Temporary role | Hybrid working
Are you an organised, confident administrator with experience in recruitment and onboarding? We're looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to join a friendly and collaborative HR team, supporting the end-to-end recruitment journey and helping to deliver a first-class experience for candidates and hiring managers. What you'll be doing:
Supporting vacancies throughout the recruitment processWorking closely with hiring managers and recruitment colleaguesCoordinating new starter onboarding and pre-employment checksManaging references, DBS and Occupational Health checksPreparing job offers and contractsSupporting recruitment activity through the Oracle Recruit platform What we're looking for: -Recruitment and onboarding experience -Excellent administration and organisation skills - Strong attention to detail -Confident written and verbal communication -A proactive, customer-focused approach - Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems -Good Microsoft Office skills
