We're looking for a Business Mentor to join our growing team in Angel, London.
You don't need years of mentoring experience. You might already be working in sales, retail, hospitality, recruitment, customer service, events or marketing and be ready for your next challenge.
What you'll actually be doing Your job is simple: help people get better.
You'll work alongside team members, helping them develop their communication, confidence, customer engagement and leadership skills.
You'll:
Coach and support new and existing team membersHelp people improve their communication and sales skillsGive honest, useful feedback — not boring corporate feedback!Help team members build confidence and professionalismLead by example on campaigns and customer interactionsSupport training, recruitment and team developmentRecognise potential and help people progressWork towards your own leadership and management goals Who are we looking for?
