You'll play a central role in shaping the data models, reporting infrastructure, and analytical foundations that support decision-making across multiple business functions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Analytics Engineer will:
Design, build, and maintain scalable data models using dbtDevelop and optimise ELT/ETL processes for analytical use casesSupport the organisation's Looker environment, including LookML developmentWork closely with Data Engineering teams to prepare and model data effectivelyBuild reliable, well-documented datasets that analysts can confidently consumeImplement data quality checks, testing, and monitoring processesSupport analytics projects across marketing, product, commercial, and operational teamsContribute to the development of AI-enabled analytics capabilities and conversational analytics toolingIdentify opportunities to automate, optimise, and improve existing workflows YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Strong commercial experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or modern BI developmentAdvanced SQL skills with the ability to write efficient, scalable queriesHands-on experience with dbtExperience with GCPExperience with AirflowStrong experience building and maintaining ELT/ETL pipelinesExperience working with Looker and LookMLKnowledge of dimensional modelling and analytics best practicesExperience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working with AI tooling APPLY BELOW
