With more than 150 boutique studios and 20,000 clients training each week, fit20 is expanding across the UK. Our unique approach combines slow-motion strength training with personal coaching in a calm, private studio environment.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Freelance Personal Trainer to join our Wellington studio and help clients become stronger, healthier and more confident.
How the Pay Works
Each fit20 training session lasts 20 minutes, and trainers can coach individuals or two clients training together.
Your actual earnings will depend on the number and type of client sessions booked during your working hours.
Once you settle in, you will also have the opportunity to earn commission when signing up new members.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
Be a qualified Personal Trainer or Gym Instructor, or have a background in Sports Science, Pilates, Yoga or a similar disciplineHave a solid understanding of anatomy and physiologyIdeally have at least six months’ relevant experienceBe professional, reliable and eager to learnHave excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBe able to educate, inspire and motivate clientsBring an enthusiastic and positive personality to the team Why Join fit20?

Status: Self-employed/Freelance Location: fit20, 58B High Street, Wellington, TA21 8RD Hours: Approximately 10–30 hours per week Pay: £12.75–£25.50 per hour, depending on the number and type of sessions delivered
