Key Responsibilities
Learning how to safely reinstate roads, footpaths and other surfaces after utility worksPreparing work areas, mixing and laying materials, compacting surfaces and completing finished reinstatement workSupporting safe site set-up, including signing, guarding and keeping work areas tidyUsing hand tools, equipment and small plant safely under supervisionWorking as part of a team to deliver high-quality work for customers and local communities Experience and Qualifications
You enjoy practical, outdoor work and are happy working in all weathersYou’re reliable, punctual and willing to learn from experienced colleaguesYou take safety seriously and can follow instructions carefullyYou take pride in your workYou work well in a team and communicate clearlyA full UK driving license is essential Salary and Benefits
