About this role
As a Senior Architect you bring strong conceptual design, technical judgement and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
You’ll take ownership of design direction, manage client and consultant conversations with clarity and calm, and ensure the project intent stays strong across concept, DD, documentation and construction.
You will play a key role in guiding multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the design intent is delivered to the highest standard through all stages of a project — from concept to completion.
Skills and Experience
7–12+ years’ experience working across commercial, residential, health or education projectsExperience as a Senior ArchitectProven capability resolving complex project issues and coordinating consultantsComfortable dealing with contractors and builder-side conversations during constructionRegistered Architect (or on pathway to registration)Strong understanding of how buildings come togetherAbility to translate design ideas into clear, coordinated DD packagesExperience reviewing and refining design work to maintain quality across all stagesProficient Revit capabilityCalm, clear communicator with the ability to simplify complexity for clients and project teamsAble to bring structure and confidence to design reviews, issues resolution and project deliveryStrong organisational and project management skills, balancing design, detail and programWillingness to mentor others, share knowledge, and contribute to a supportive team cultureDeveloping and leveraging networks and relationships.
