Lead the Floor: Motivate and engage the crew during high-volume trade and peak waterfront rushes.Coach & Train: Upskill team members on service, speed, and standard operating procedures.Champion Standards: Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness, and 100% clean-food quality guidelines.What You Bring
