What you'll be doing
As Assistant Manager, you'll be a key part of the management team, helping to make sure every guest gets a great experience from the moment they walk through the door.
You'll:
Lead from the front, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guestsSupport the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pubCoach and develop your team, helping them be the best they can beKeep standards high across service, food, drink and the overall guest experienceTake ownership when you're on shift and make confident decisionsHelp drive sales, maximise opportunities and keep the pub performingBuild great relationships with your team and your local customers What we're looking for
You don't need to have done exactly the same job before. What matters is that you're a natural leader who loves hospitality, knows how to bring people together and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
You'll ideally have experience in a busy pub, restaurant or hospitality environment and be ready to take the next step into a management role.
