What you’ll be doing
Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the pub and take the lead when they’re not around.
You’ll:
Lead and motivate the team through busy shiftsDeliver outstanding service and create memorable customer experiencesSupport the General Manager with the smooth running of the businessTake ownership of standards across service, food, drinks and the customer journeyCoach and develop your team, helping them reach their potentialKeep the pub safe, welcoming and running brilliantlySupport events, private functions and the day-to-day buzz of a busy central London pub What we’re looking for
You’ll already have experience in a busy hospitality environment and be ready to take that next step in your management career.
