What you'll be doing
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, working closely with the General Manager to keep the pub running brilliantly.
You’ll be:
Leading and inspiring the team to deliver great service every timeMaking sure our guests receive a warm welcome and have a brilliant experienceSupporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the businessHelping drive sales, standards and commercial performanceCoaching and developing your team to reach their potentialTaking ownership of shifts and making sure everything runs smoothlyMaintaining high standards across service, food, safety and complianceBuilding strong relationships with both your team and our guests What we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who is confident, hands-on and passionate about hospitality.
You’ll ideally have experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy pub, restaurant or hospitality environment, and be ready to take the next step in your career.
