The clinic
Greencross Deeragun is a well-established GP clinic with a loyal client base and a welcoming, down-to-earth team.
You’ll be supported by experienced vets and nurses, with access to:
Digital X-ray and modern diagnostic equipmentFully equipped surgical theatreSeparate dog and cat wardsA steady, varied caseload across medicine and surgeryWe’re a team that leans on each other. The role
This is a permanent full-time position (38 hours per week), typically across 4 days, with a balanced mix of consults and surgery.
You’ll be responsible for:
Delivering high-quality, personalised care to patients and clientsRoutine consults and soft tissue surgeryWorking through cases with a collaborative team around youBuilding strong client relationships and trustContributing to a positive, supportive clinic cultureWhat we’re looking for
A Veterinary degree recognised in AustraliaRegistration or eligibility with the Veterinary Surgeons Board of QueenslandA team-first mindset and a willingness to learnConfidence in general practice or a desire to keep building your skillsStrong communication and client careWhether you’re a recent graduate, have completed an internship, or are a more experienced vet looking for a lifestyle change, we’re open to shaping this role around the right person.
