As Veterinary Director, you will:
Lead and mentor a skilled, collaborative veterinary and nursing teamChampion evidence‑based, preventative and best‑practice medicineFoster a culture of psychological safety, learning, and accountabilityGuide clinical standards, workflows, and team developmentBuild strong, long‑term relationships with clients and the local communityIn addition to your competitive base remuneration, this role includes an earnings‑linked incentive arrangement, providing a direct connection between leadership, clinic performance, and reward.
You will be supported by Greencross regional leadership and operational teams, ensuring you have the backing needed to lead confidently and sustainably.
BVSc or DVM (or equivalent) eligible for registration in NSWSignificant experience in small animal general practiceDemonstrated leadership capability or readiness to step into a leadership roleStrong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style This role offers real accountability and real reward, within a clinic that values people as much as performance.
