About this role
The panel builder will be responsible for installing machine controls on our custom automation equipment. Tasks include performing electrical panel wiring, field wiring, troubleshooting and machine integration of industrial automated equipment
Responsibilities:
Panel Construction; Build and wire panels from scratch reading electrical schematics.Field wiring to either the panel I/O or field mount I/O devices.Pneumatic plumbing, must be able to read and understand Pneumatic schematicsMounting electrical controls components to the machine, and fabricating mounting brackets as required.Must be able to read and understand electrical schematicTroubleshoot and debug (i.e. diagnoses trouble or defects, determines corrective action and repairs system).Ensure that all equipment is in proper working condition after troubleshooting.Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on automation system and components.Provide status updates to management on assigned projects.
