We are looking for a Product Strategy & Innovation Manager who combines strategic thinking, customer engagement, innovation, and entrepreneurial drive. In this role, you will help shape our product portfolio, lead market adoption, and collaborate with customers to build the next generation of digital products and solutions.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role.
You will operate at the intersection of Product Management, Consulting, Go-to-Market, and Innovation.
Your Mission
You will take ownership of products once they have successfully passed our innovation and MVP validation stage.
From there, your focus is to transform promising solutions into commercially successful products by defining product strategy, creating compelling market positioning, enabling sales, and driving customer adoption.
At the same time, you will work closely with customers to identify future opportunities, shape new offerings, and establish co-development partnerships.
What You Will Do
Product Strategy & Market Development
Define and evolve product vision and strategyIdentify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunitiesDevelop strategic product roadmapsBuild business cases and investment recommendationsManage product lifecycle evolution and portfolio positioningGo-to-Market & Commercialization
Develop product positioning and messaging strategiesDefine pricing, packaging, and licensing modelsCreate compelling value propositions and customer narrativesDevelop sales enablement and marketing materialsLead product launch activitiesSupport strategic sales opportunities and customer engagementsCustomer Innovation & Co-Development
Facilitate discovery, innovation, and strategy workshopsIdentify emerging customer needs and new product opportunitiesBuild co-innovation and co-development programs with customersEstablish strategic customer partnershipsValidate new concepts and business opportunitiesProduct Adoption & Customer Success
Support strategic product implementationsDrive customer value realization and adoptionBuild reference customers and success storiesAnalyze customer feedback and product usage patternsDevelop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and long-term adoptionPortfolio & Solution Development

Experience
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, Innovation, Digital Transformation, or a related field.Experience bringing products, services, or digital solutions to market.Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.Experience building business cases and driving commercial success.Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech.Experience with AI, Data, Cloud, or Digital Platforms.Fluent German and English.Skills
