About this role
The Senior designer applies user-centered experience to conceive, develop, and execute wire frames and graphical mockups for web and other new media products for major international brands.
Contribute to product design both at the front-end executing a range of rapid prototypes to implementing the final designAct as the interactive design expert, reporting on best practices, innovative designs, etc.Work with team members and actively be involved in the work.Exceed Art Director/Creative director, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on Art Director/Creative Director feedback.Designer are expected to continuously learn and evolved in designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, user interfaces, typography, design, navigation and production softwares.Need to be reliable and ready to work with the Lead Designer and production team in all critical time.Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve their own workCultivate an understanding of industry trends and share your insights with the studioWork closely with Art Directors/ Lead Designer
Minimum 5 years experience in the design of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for digital media sites and services.U/I design;Experience in one of the following areas: consumer websites/services, plus interactive advertising, interactive marketing, game interface design, mobile, and videoStrong creative design skills can take an assignment to the next level without explicit directionMastery of project concept creation, site architecture, user-interface specification, functionality specification, and interactive designFamiliarity with display of video, sound, and interactive technologies onlineConversant in broader interactive concepts such as databases, video, and server-side technologyDemonstrated ability to design quickly and multi-task effectively under pressureInquisitive, energetic self-motivator with passion for media/consumer productsStrong written and oral communication and presentation skillsStrong preference given to candidates with Flash design skillsAble to manage stress Strong attention to detail and focusEnthusiasm, positive energy, and ability to maintain a sense of humor under pressure Driven to define the look and feel of large, industry-leading sitesWillingness to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challengesHave excellent computer skills in relevant art and design software packagesBe able to see other people's point of view and cope with criticismCollaborate well with others and receive feedback openlyMust be reliable and available at all times
