What your weeks are going to look like
Daily Scrum meetings;Build a trusted relationship with the partner by acting as the main point of contact within your area of expertise;Contribute to the various stages of design and development of a video game on a mobile platform within a multidisciplinary production team;Maintain smooth communication with other departments (design, art, production) to ensure optimal integration of all project components;Provide your expertise to determine the most appropriate technical approaches to achieve the desired project outcomes;Ensure code quality and adherence to development best practices (code reviews, testing, optimization);Mobilize, mentor, and support your direct team through ongoing coaching and continuous feedback;Collaborate with the Technical Director (Core Team) to ensure alignment with company standards.
In short, a leadership role where you remain hands-on technically, with evolving responsibilities, a stimulating mobile project, and FUN on a daily basis!
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another related field combined with equivalent experience;Minimum of five (5) years of experience in development;Experience as a Lead Programmer or in a similar role;Strong command of the Unreal game engine;Excellent knowledge of C++ and strong optimization skills;Ability to travel abroad when required;Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English. English proficiency is required, as we collaborate with English-speaking partners.
