Even time roster – 7 days, 7 off, 7 nights, 7 off OR;2:1 roster – 7 days, 7 nights, 7 offPlease indicate your preferred roster when applying.
A Day in the Workshop Might Include:
Maintaining equipment in line with OEM specifications and compliance standardsDiagnosing faults accurately and safelyReporting emerging issues or faults to managementManaging work orders and promptly responding to driver and workshop requestsCompleting documentation and inputting data accurately into systemsWhat’s on Offer:
$68.94 per hour + super + short-term incentives + retention bonusesUp to $35,000 in retention bonuses over 5 years ($15k in the first two years!)Super paid on all hours workedAccess to our Depot Wellness Hub – Massage Chairs, Infrared Sauna, Hyperbaric Chamber, CAROL Bike, Yoga Room and moreSupportive Health & Wellbeing programs including Employee Assistance C Class Driver’s Licence, or HR Licence (preferable)Minimum 2 years in maintenance & repair of heavy vehicle and/or trailers (Volvo & Mack preferable)Australian Recognised Trade Certificate - Heavy Duty Diesel MechanicExperience in vehicle inspections and electric & repairs to heavy duty trucks and trailersHeavy vehicle authorised examiner certification (desirable but not essential)Willing to complete a pre-employment medicalApplicants must hold a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
