We are looking for experienced Sales professionals to join our successful, highly-motivated sales team at Feldco Factory Direct. For almost 40 years, Feldco has focused on delighting customers by making window, siding, & door home improvement projects simple. This position will operate out of our Des Plaines, IL design center showroom. Your goal is to ensure that Feldco’s expanding customer base and markets receive consistent, professional consultation from reliable and intelligent Sales professionals whom the company and our customers can trust.

Responsibilities include:
Respond to all sales appointments and conduct in-home product demonstrations of Windows, Siding, & Doors.Maximize the conversion of leads to salesOwnership of the Customer through coordination with Feldco’s Call Center, Finance & Fulfillment departmentsUtilize sales and problem-solving skills to better serve external and internal customersAchieve or exceed individual sales goals and company sales metrics standardsEnsure an exceptional and delightful experience for all Feldco customers
Qualifications
Highly self-motivated and ambitiousTwo or more years sales experience required (in-home sales preferred)Demonstrated intelligence and problem solving abilityAccountability for customer satisfaction and inside sales and service processReliability and consistency with both internal and external customersFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to lift 50 lbs.
