This is not your typical sales job. As an agent protégé, you will get paid to learn the business from an experienced mentor agent and help grow the agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships within the community. This hands on paid position is perfect for someone wanting to know what a typical day is like in insurance, and has the desire to run an agency one day. No insurance experience necessary. Full training is provided.
We have seen people from all backgrounds do very well in this industry and a large portion of that is due to the training and assistance we provide.
Responsibilities:
• Sell Farmers products to customers and help them grow their own way financially • Connect and build rapport with new and existing customers to uncover their individual needs • Provide outstanding support to all customers • Create and execute exceptional marketing campaigns with the company’s support to attract new business • Meet productivity expectations and the service needs of our customers

The number of insurance solutions we can offer one client is extensive and this allows us to sell multiple policies per household, thus increasing our commissions earned and bonus opportunities.
Requirements:
· College degree preferred, but not required
· Sales & customer service experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
· Desire to be active in community
· Favorable criminal record
All necessary insurance licenses will be obtained in the training process
