Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and experienced real estate agent to join our growing team. In this position, you will buy and sell properties, while acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. You will study property listings, list and advertise properties, match clients with potential properties and represent clients when discussing sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist sellers in marketing their property, listing, advertisingAdvise on pricing property and market valueAssist buyers in finding the right property for their needsNegotiate sale on behalf of the clientAdvise owners on tax deductions and expensesMaintain a positive relationship with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectorsAdvertise and market vacant propertiesEvaluate the properties for damages and repairs before sellingDocument property interior and exterior with photosPerform detailed inspectionsResearch local market for value and comparable pricingAdvise clients on the buying process, legal requirements, and market conditionsShow properties to potential buyersPrepare contracts, deeds, closing statements, and other necessary paperworkMaintain and update property listingsCoordinate open houses, advertising services, and listings for propertiesNetwork and build connections; continue education and training Requirements and Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent; higher education degree preferredProven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salespersonMeet state required licensure/certification for real estate; professional membership with local or state associations a plusStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)Knowledge of real estate sales processOrganized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedulesKnowledge of local, state, and federal property regulationsExperience with property management softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExperienced at compiling and following strict budgets All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
