As a part of continuous growth, we are looking for a well-organized and active person to join the team in the position of a Team Manager, thus ensuring operational excellence, management and development of Game Presenters' team.
Key responsibilities:
Manage, supervise, and engage team of Game Presenters, thus building strong team spiritDevelop the team organizing and leading trainings according to current needsOn-board newcomers, thus ensuring flawless employee experience from the very startHandle disciplinary cases and manage ad hoc situationsContinuously manage team so to deliver required resultsManage various requests of team members and handle them on a timely mannerEstablish and foster cross departmental cooperationAnalyze employee data and manage monthly bonus distributionWork with company’s internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, etc.)Manage projects set by direct managers proposing initiatives that would benefit department. Team management experience will be considered as an advantage but is not mandatory. Good potential to lead, develop, motivate and engage team membersGood knowledge of English languageExcellent communication skills, leadership potential and good problem-solving skillsProactive and results driven approach, logical thinking and decisiveness in decision makingAvailability to work 100% on-site in Moreno.Availability to work rotating shifts: Morning (6 AM - 2 PM), Afternoon (2 PM - 10 PM), and Night (10 PM - 6 AM).
