Responsibilities:
Ongoing management, tracking and updating of our internal revenue and invoicing trackers (PM Reports / CMTs)Complete month end responsibilities and any other monthly reporting needs, as requiredExplore solutions and new techniques for business improvementProcess flows and design and documentations / trainingCross functional system requirements and data gatheringUnderstanding of data design and structural integrityGather and prepare data to support analytics from a variety of data sources including internal systems, databases, excel spreadsheets and flat files, as well as, external sources if necessary Experience:
Advanced English skills, both verbal and written, at least C1 Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)Some previous admin experienceHigh degree of discretion when dealing with confidential documentsAbility to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet tight deadlines Good interpersonal and communication skills Why PrimeVigilance
