Will be responsible for designing instructional and assessment strategies for the learning.Will also draft the learning materials, develop learning objectives and assessments, structure and write content creativelyWill interact with SME’s for designing instructional for the learningWill also review the storyboards and courses for instructional accuracy before delivering to clientWill manage a team of Instructional Writers and be responsible for deliverables within project schedules
