Something BIG is happening at Coolum Beach! The iconic Coolum Beach Hotel is undergoing a massive transformation and relaunch, including the opening of Coolys Kiosk, our brand-new beachfront burger bar and cafe concept.
Roles We’re Hiring For:
General F&B Floor Attendants: Be the face of the floor, recommending meals, delivering food, and keeping standards sky-high.Cafe Attendants & Baristas: Craft quality coffee and serve up fresh bites for Coolys Kiosk.Gaming Attendants: Deliver top-tier service in our gaming lounge, ensuring compliance and a welcoming environment.Cocktail Bartenders & Bar Staff: Create delicious drinks, pour cold beers, and keep the energy high across our main bar and refreshed spaces.A day in the life of a Bar & Gaming Attendant:
Bring the Magic, connect with locals and visitors to create fun, memorable dining and drinking experiences.Showcase Your Craft, whether pulling espresso shots, shaking signature cocktails, or running meals, take pride in everything you serve.Maintain High Standards, from the first pour of the day to final lock-up, ensure safety, hygiene, and venue presentation are top-notch.Work as One Team, support your teammates across different sections of the venue to keep service running smoothly.About you:
A genuine passion for pub culture, hospitality, and customer service.Specific experience or strong interest in cocktail mixing, cafe/barista operations, gaming, or general floor service.Current Queensland RSA certificate (and RSG if applying for gaming roles, or willingness to obtain).A positive, team-first attitude with flexible availability across weekends, nights, and key peak periods.Physical capability to handle active floor work, including standing, stock handling, and regular lifting.The benefits are good too!
