1. Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and leaders in the business unit
2. Role of a facilitator and HR consultant for people managers.
3. Ensure education and adherence of organizational policies and processes regarding but not limited to the following: Benefits, employee relations, and company policies
4. Will be encouraged to visualize and drive change management or innovative initiatives to address business issues related to areas such as development, engagement and retention
