 Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.

 Knowledge of CMS or Framework is a plus point.  Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wire frames into working HTML pages.

 Interact with client and team leads to understand the requirements.  Estimate efforts for modules and features.  Program based on client requirements.  Troubleshoot bugs and fix them.
