Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest data from multiple source systems into GCP-based platformsDevelop and implement data transformation logic using SQL, dbt, Python, or similar tools within GCP architecturesOptimize GCP-based data solutions for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiencyEstablish and enforce data quality checks, validation frameworks, and comprehensive monitoring for production pipelinesCollaborate with data analysts, BI developers, data architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsImplement data governance, security controls, role-based access management, and compliance standards within GCP environmentsDrive CI/CD automation and deployment processes for data engineering workflowsCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all data systems and processes
5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related fieldsProven hands-on experience with GCP services and architecture in production environmentsAdvanced SQL proficiency, including complex query development and optimizationStrong experience designing and building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for cloud-based data platformsProficiency in Python, Scala, or Java for data processing and automationDemonstrated expertise with data transformation and orchestration tools (such as dbt, Airflow, Matillion, Fivetran, or Informatica)Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional design patternsKnowledge of security best practices, access control mechanisms, and data governance frameworksKnowledge of performance tuning, workload management, and cost optimization strategiesFamiliarity with real-time or near-real-time data ingestion patternsExperience with data lineage, metadata management, and governance toolsGCP certifications Discover some of the global benefits that empower our people to become the best version of themselves:
