As a Senior Go Developer at Endava, you will have the following responsibilities:
Developing and testing solutions in Go based on given requirementsEstimating tasks and participating in daily team sync-upsParticipating in code reviewsDaily communication with the client through emails, phone sync-ups etc.Collaborating with the QA engineering team to ensure the delivered code meets the defined standards. Experience with the latest Go versions (7+ years);Strong understanding of Go fundamentals, concurrency model (goroutines, channels), memory management, and performance tuning;Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean code practices;Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS);Knowledge of web protocols and technologies, including RESTful APIs and HTTP/HTTPS;Experience designing and developing RESTful and event-driven services in Go;Experience with source code versioning systems (Perforce, Git, SVN);Good verbal and written English;Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases;Strong experience with Microservices architecture and distributed systems;Solid understanding of the complete product development lifecycle;Strong analytical skills, systematic approach, and ability to work independently;Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes;Experience with Go frameworks and libraries (e.g. Gin, Echo, Fiber, gRPC).
