What You'll Do
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to HVAC-R products and applicationsProvide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needsEnter and process sales orders accurately in our order systemCoordinate with outside sales reps and OAMs on customer requirements and follow-upResolve customer service issues, including order discrepancies, returns, and delivery questionsStay current on our HVAC-R product lineSupport pricing, quoting, and availability inquiriesBuild strong, lasting relationships with our customers through responsive, knowledgeable service What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or customer service (HVAC-R or related industry preferred)Working knowledge of HVAC-R products and applications, or a strong ability to learn quicklyComfortable working with order entry systems and CRM/ERP softwareStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environmentTeam player with good judgment under pressure Why Join Our Team?
