We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer specializing in Public Health to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead multidisciplinary teams in designing and implementing innovative public health engineering solutions that make a lasting impact on communities.
Lead and manage complex public health engineering projects from conception to completionDevelop and review detailed designs, calculations, and specifications for public health systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfactionProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team membersConduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsAnalyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and problem-solvingPrepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholdersDrive business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationshipsStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in public health engineeringContribute to the strategic direction of the department and company-wide initiatives Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Public Health Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in public health engineering or related fieldChartered Engineer or Fellow statusProven track record as a Senior Public Health EngineerStrong expertise in design, project management, team leadership, and client liaisonProficiency in Revit and HAP (Hourly Analysis Program)Advanced knowledge of BIM/CAD standards and analytical conceptsDemonstrated ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and deliver successful projectsExcellent understanding of public health engineering principles and practicesIn-depth knowledge of relevant health and safety regulationsStrong business development and client relationship management skillsOutstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsCommercial acumen and ability to manage project financials effectivelyInnovative problem-solving skills and attention to detailGoal-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
