We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Graduate Engineer to join our Audio-Visual and Information Technology team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will support the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of integrated AV/IT systems for corporate environments. You will work collaboratively with senior engineers and clients to deliver efficient technical solutions while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and precision.
Install, configure, and test audio-visual systems including projectors, displays, video conferencing equipment, and control systemsTroubleshoot and resolve AV/IT system issues in a timely and organized manner, documenting all findings and resolutionsAssist in the design and planning of AV/IT infrastructure solutions based on client requirements and technical specificationsPerform system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityCollaborate with IT teams to integrate AV systems with existing network infrastructure and security protocolsPrepare comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and maintenance schedulesProvide technical support and training to end-users on AV/IT system operation and best practicesConduct site surveys and assessments to evaluate technical requirements and identify potential challengesParticipate in project implementation from planning through deployment and post-installation supportStay current with industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices in AV/IT systems Strong foundational knowledge of audio-visual systems, components, and technologiesSolid understanding of IT fundamentals including networking, hardware, and software systemsProficiency in technical troubleshooting and analytical problem-solvingExperience with system installation, configuration, and testing proceduresExcellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detailStrong communication abilities, both technical and non-technicalFamiliarity with control system platforms such as Crestron, AMX, or similar technologiesKnowledge of networking protocols, standards, and infrastructureExperience with AV design and planning softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical documentation toolsPreferred: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or manufacturer-specific AV certificationsPreferred: Previous experience in AV system installation, integration, or IT support rolesPreferred: Project coordination or team collaboration experience
