We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mechanical Inspector (Saudi National) to join our site supervision team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site mechanical inspections of equipment, systems, and components to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and standardsConduct detailed inspections of mechanical installations, including piping, HVAC systems, and industrial machineryIdentify and document defects, non-conformities, and potential issues during inspectionsPrepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate records of findingsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve mechanical issuesVerify that corrective actions are implemented effectively and in a timely mannerStay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical inspectionParticipate in project meetings and provide technical expertise as requiredEnsure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during all on-site activities Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringProven track record in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, gas, and fuel system inspectionsPrevious experience in engineering consultancies is preferredComprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and material specificationsStrong proficiency in mechanical inspection techniques, quality control protocols, and industry compliance standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, and local Saudi codes)Skilled in using inspection, documentation, and reporting tools/softwareSolid understanding of construction sequencing and the project lifecycleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve site issues efficientlyExcellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and reportingHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain quality standardsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments
