We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Foreman - Facade Installation to lead our facade installation operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal supervisory role, you will oversee all aspects of facade installation projects, ensuring exceptional quality, safety compliance, and on-time project delivery. You will manage teams, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and maintain strict adherence to UAE building codes and safety standards while driving operational excellence across all assigned projects.
Supervise and coordinate facade installation teams on-site, ensuring all work meets quality standards and project specificationsPlan and schedule daily work activities, allocate resources efficiently, and manage project timelines to meet deadlinesConduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulationsInspect facade installation work at various stages to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality requirementsCommunicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients regarding project progress and any issuesManage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment; coordinate procurement with vendors as neededTrain and mentor team members on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and company proceduresDocument project progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily/weekly reports for managementIdentify and resolve on-site challenges promptly, making decisive decisions to minimize project delaysEnsure all work complies with UAE building codes, industry standards, and contractual obligationsConduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to maintain a culture of safety and continuous improvement Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in facade installation and related construction workMinimum 2+ years of proven experience in a foreman or supervisory leadership roleComprehensive knowledge of facade installation systems, materials, and techniquesStrong understanding of UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD documentsDemonstrated project management and scheduling capabilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong leadership and team management abilities with proven motivational skillsExceptional attention to detail and quality control mindsetProficiency in conflict resolution and vendor managementValid safety certifications (OSHA or equivalent) and First Aid certificationFluency in English (written and verbal); Arabic language skills are preferredAbility to work at heights and in challenging construction environments Strong safety awareness and risk management skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilityLeadership and team coordinationDecision-making under operational constraintsEffective communication skills
