Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess compliance with HSE regulations and company policiesIdentify potential hazards and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implementedMonitor project activities to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standardsReview and evaluate safety plans and risk assessments for various projectsProvide HSE training and awareness sessions to staff and subcontractors, promoting a strong safety cultureInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measuresPrepare detailed reports on findings, corrective actions, and HSE performance metricsLiaise with regulatory agencies and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintainedStay updated on changes in HSE legislation and implement necessary adjustments to company policiesAssist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies for projectsSupport the creation and execution of emergency response plans, including conducting drills and training exercisesCollaborate with project managers and team leaders to integrate HSE practices into all aspects of operations Bachelor's degree in Engineering (construction, civil, or related field)Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA)Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles within building, road, industrial, or infrastructure projectsComprehensive knowledge of local Saudi Arabian and international HSE regulations and standards
