Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of bridge and transportation structural design projectsManage projects from concept through detailed design to construction and handoverUndertake and oversee bridge and structural design and detailing in line with relevant standardsCarry out and review structural analysis and design calculationsManage and undertake independent design checks, including Category checksPlan, programme, and manage project delivery, resources, and budgetsAct as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholdersCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project deliveryProvide leadership, mentoring, and technical support to junior engineersEnsure quality, safety, and compliance across all deliverables Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Eng/M.Eng) in Civil or Structural EngineeringMinimum of 10 years’ experience as a Bridge Design Engineer, covering all project phases from concept development through to project handoverProven experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably within highways, roads, or rail sectors Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
