We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer-Structures to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee structural engineering projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Develop and review structural designs for various construction projectsPerform complex structural calculations and analysis using advanced software toolsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and client satisfactionCreate detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersConduct site visits to assess structural integrity and provide expert recommendationsEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practicesMentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the structural engineering teamParticipate in project planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget constraintsStay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovative structural solutionsContribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologiesBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's degree in Structural Engineering.Hands on experience in ETABS & SAFE 6-12 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on project engineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certificationExtensive knowledge of concept design, buildability, detailed design, and construction techniquesProficiency in structural analysis software and 3D modeling toolsStrong understanding of CAD standards and experience with 3D working environmentsFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in IndiaExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and organizational abilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProven track record of delivering high-quality structural engineering solutionsExperience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development LANGUAGES
