Design and develop power distribution layouts, single line diagrams (SLDs), and comprehensive electrical calculations including cable sizing, voltage drop analysis, and fault level studiesCreate detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and load calculations that meet project requirements and adhere to safety standardsSupport procurement activities by preparing technical datasheets, material requisitions, and conducting vendor reviews to ensure quality and cost-effectivenessCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including MEP, structural, and architectural professionals to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into overall project designsConduct site inspections and supervise electrical installation work to verify adherence to design specifications and quality standardsEnsure all designs comply with relevant industry standards (IEC/IEEE), local electrical codes, and safety regulationsProvide technical support for site queries and actively participate in commissioning activities to ensure successful project deliveryContribute to project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts to support timely and cost-effective project completionAnalyze and troubleshoot electrical system challenges, providing innovative solutions that enhance performance and reliability Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field2-5 years of professional experience in electrical design and engineering for building or infrastructure projectsStrong proficiency with industry-standard software tools such as ETAP, AutoCAD, or equivalent power system analysis and design platformsSolid knowledge of electrical standards and codes (IEC, IEEE) and their practical application in designDemonstrated expertise in power distribution systems, lighting design, and emergency electrical systemsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical challengesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsProficiency in preparing technical documentation, drawings, and specificationsFamiliarity with site supervision and commissioning processesKnowledge of electrical safety practices and compliance requirementsProject management fundamentals and ability to manage multiple priorities efficientlyPreferred: Experience with power system studies, substation design, or industrial electrical systemsPreferred: Certification in electrical safety or relevant professional credentials
