We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Construction Manager** to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee and manage construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetManage construction teams and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery and adherence to quality standardsConduct regular site inspections and monitor construction operations to ensure compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and UAE building codesPrepare and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis, and manage schedule changes and delays proactivelyDevelop and implement comprehensive project budgets; track expenditures and manage cost controls to prevent budget overrunsPrepare progress reports, payment certifications, quantity measurements, and claims documentation for client review and approvalManage contract administration responsibilities, including reviewing specifications, interpreting contract requirements, and addressing contractor inquiries and change ordersCoordinate with clients, government agencies, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and inspectionsPromote and oversee strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sitesLead project meetings with stakeholders, clients, and team members; provide transparent communication and regular project updatesIdentify potential risks and issues early; recommend mitigation measures and adapt strategies as needed to ensure project successMentor and support construction administration teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environmentMaintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders through professional and transparent communicationEnsure proper documentation and organization of all project records for closeout and future reference **Required:**
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualificationMinimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in construction management, including commercial, residential, and/or infrastructure projectsDemonstrated experience in contract administration, construction administration, or resident engineer rolesProven experience managing projects through the complete lifecycle from initiation through testing, commissioning, and closeoutStrong knowledge of construction drawings, engineering specifications, and contract documentationExperience supervising construction inspection teams and administering construction contractsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to interpret and analyze contractor schedules and critical path methodologiesStrong understanding of UAE construction standards, building codes, and safety regulationsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, track costs, and implement cost control measuresStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsValid driver's license with access to a properly registered and insured vehicleAbility to conduct frequent site visits and work flexible schedules as required
