You will play a vital role in bridging communication between technical teams and key stakeholders, ensuring project success through effective relationship management and organizational excellence.
Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecyclesCoordinate communication between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarityPrepare comprehensive project reports, documentation, and stakeholder updates using clear and professional communicationFacilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and address stakeholder concernsSupport the identification, analysis, and resolution of stakeholder issues and conflictsAssist in contract management, vendor coordination, and procurement activitiesMonitor project progress and timelines, providing regular status updates to stakeholdersMaintain detailed records and documentation of stakeholder interactions and project milestonesContribute to the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategiesSupport the onboarding and integration of new team members and external partners **Required Qualifications:**
UAE National with Family Book (mandatory requirement)Recent engineering graduate or equivalent professional experience in an engineering environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailAbility to work effectively in team-oriented environments
