We are seeking a Senior Project Control professional to join our team for a major port project in Kuwait.
Develop, implement, and maintain project control systems and proceduresMonitor project progress, costs, and schedules using advanced project management softwareConduct regular project performance analyses and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholdersIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project successCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and government officialsLead and mentor junior project control team membersFacilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders University DegreeMinimum 15 years of experience in project control, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projectsProven expertise in using project management softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication skillExperience in port construction projects is an advantageProficiency in project control methodologies and construction management best practicesAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environmentWillingness to relocate to Kuwait for the duration of the project
